Perfect as an appetizer or meal, this Thai chicken BBQ dish has a nutty, savory flavor that is sure to please.
1 pack deSIAM Satay BBQ Kit
1 bottle deSIAM Satay Peanut Sauce
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut in thin strips bunch fresh cilantro
Marinade the Chicken. Place chicken strips in bowl and add Satay marinade. Mix well and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Make the skewers. Soak bamboo skewers for 10 minutes in cold water (to prevent burning). Thread chicken strips on the skewers.
Cook chicken skewers over medium-high heat in large pan, basting with leftover marinade until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
Plate your dish. Garnish with fresh chopped cilantro. Serve hot with Satay peanut sauce.
