Colman’s is produced in Great Britain by Unilever UK, located in Leatherhead, Surrey.   It is distributed in the USA by World Finer Foods, located in Bloomfield, NJ.

Can the mustards still be used past its expiration date?

Colman's suggests not to use their products after the expiration date has been passed.

Where should the mustards be stored?

The prepared mustard (in both glass jar and squeeze packaging) should be refrigerated after opening them for the first time.  The dry mustards may be stored in a dark cool place.

Where does Colman's source their seeds from?

Colman's makes a marked effort to source mustard seeds from a network of local farmers in the Norwich area.  When demand outpaces local supply, the seeds are also sourced from the neighboring areas of Cambridgeshire, Lincolnshire, and Yorkshire; and in rare occasions, from Holland.

Do the mustards contain MSG?

Colman's mustard contains no added MSG.
