Susan Guerin is the President and CEO at World Finer Foods where she leads a robust team of talented professionals to deliver best-in-class national sales and marketing services, and efficient systems and logistics.
Prior to serving as CEO, Susan was the Chief Financial Officer and led efforts to develop new management systems and innovations to improve shareholder value through top line growth and improved operational efficiencies. Before joining World Finer Foods, she held leadership positions at Sun Chemical Corporation, Paxar, Cendant Corporation, Limited Brands and Unilever.
Susan holds a B.S. from Cornell and an MBA from New York University. She is a member of the Dean’s Advisory Board for the Cornell School of Hotel Management and is a board member at Down the Block. In her free time, she enjoys hosting friends and family at her home for good food and camaraderie.

David Billings is the Vice President of Sales overseeing the sales operations of World Finer Foods including its Liberty Richter and American Marketing Team divisions.
A seasoned professional with over 40 years of experience in grocery and specialty food, David has worked in all facets of the business, including leadership roles with retailers, distributors, brokers and manufacturers. Previous employers include J. Walter Thompson, American Stores, DPI, Tree of Life and Advantage Sales & Marketing.
David has extensive experience working with and launching food brands into the U.S. market and achieving sales success through strategic planning and hard work. He takes pride in building sales organizations that are passionate about the brands they represent and truly work as a team.
David has business degrees in Marketing and Advertising from California State University Long Beach. He currently resides in Nashville, TN.
Bill Flynn is Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for World Finer Foods. Prior to joining World Finer Foods, Bill was Vice President and CFO for Sharp’s operations in the Americas region; earlier in his career he held numerous positions in AT&T’s Controllers Organization.
Bill received his BA in Economics and Accounting from Rutgers University and an MBA in Controllership from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He is a certified Public Accountant.

David Burrows is the Vice President of Marketing overseeing marketing operations and services at World Finer Foods.
Prior to joining World Finer Foods, David served as Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for Redco Foods, a US subsidiary of Teekanne, a German-based global tea company. David has served as a consultant and advisor to small, mid-sized and emerging consumer facing businesses, and was also a consultant at Kantar Retail.
David spent the earlier half of his career with Unilever in brand management, where his experience included P&L/operational management, brand equity strategy, category and brand portfolio strategy, brand communication channel planning and management, and new product development. David worked in foods categories including plant-based spreads, nut butters, ice cream, dressings and condiments, across a variety of selling channels including Grocery, Mass, Club, Value and Direct To Consumer.
David received his undergraduate degree from Cornell University, and his MBA from the Stern School of Business at NYU.
David resides on Long Island, New York with his wife and two children, and enjoys playing tennis and going to the beach.

Juliette W. Samson is the Chief Information Officer and Vice President of Supply Chain at World Finer Foods. She is responsible for implementing new technology into the supply chain process to improve speed, service and profitability.
Juliette’s experience in planning and executing program delivery across consumer packaged goods, financial, communications and information technology industries makes her ideally suited to guide World Finer Foods’ efforts in this area.
Prior to joining World Finer Foods, Juliette held leadership roles at Pfizer and was responsible for delivering complex, large scale programs for Pfizer's Worldwide Technology organization. She also worked to implement large scale enterprise programs at Merrill Lynch and led customer delivery and operations at Lucent Technologies. She also opened AT&T’s Brazil/Latin America market during her tenure there, achieving growth of over 200%.
Juliette is a graduate of Cornell and Columbia Universities; speaks 4 languages, Romanian, Hungarian, Spanish and English, and resides in the tri-state area with her husband and two children.

John H. Affel is the Director of Marketing for World Finer Foods, leading new business development as well as a portfolio of client brands.
With a lifelong career in the food business and a deep understanding of the U.S. specialty food market, John is uniquely qualified for his current role, leading efforts to bring innovative, on-trend client brands and new product lines to the World Finer Foods portfolio.
Prior to joining World Finer Foods, John served as the President of the former Wessanen-held Liberty Richter Company, leading strong cross-portfolio growth before ultimately managing the merger that established Liberty Richter as a premium specialty food division of World Finer Foods. A respected leader in the trade, John has served as President of both the Biscuit & Cracker Distribution Association and the international trade association, CEISA (the Circle of Specialty Food Distributors).
John has a Master’s degree in Food Marketing from St. Joseph's University and is a supporter of life time learning.
While not at work, John’s passion is breeding, training and showing world-class Newfoundland dogs.

Kathy Bonynge is a Director of Marketing for the American Marketing Team Division of World Finer Foods. Kathy’s success is driven by her innate ability to partner with client brands to identify opportunities, develop a strategic roadmap and achieve results in the U.S. market. Her focused execution in both marketing and sales is a critical component of our success at World Finer Foods. Kathy’s expertise spans all areas of specialty food marketing, including strategic planning, brand positioning, consumer research, product development and innovation, pricing and promotional activity and execution. She manages agency partners for consumer and trade marketing programs and leads cross-functional teams. Kathy and her husband, Dave, live in New Jersey and are enjoying the freedoms that come along with an empty nest.

With over 15 years in marketing, sales and PR building national and global brands, Pepper draws on her experience to develop strategic growth plans for a diverse portfolio of brands including snacks, seasonings, oils, vinegars, teas, and health and beauty aids. She is a creative problem solver with B2B and B2C experience who is passionate about growing brands at every stage of their lifecycle. At World Finer Foods, she and her team of marketing managers analyze their brands’ business performance to develop strategies to increase consumer loyalty and steal share from the competition. Her knowledge of the evolving virtual and brick and mortar retail channels along with consumer behavior trends enable her to create innovative brand strategies that drive business results.

Irene Suhaka brings more than 15 years of experience in marketing to her role as Director of Marketing for the corporate owned brands at World Finer Foods. Since joining the company, Irene has successfully managed both client and company owned brands. She is a knowledgeable marketing professional with diverse experience in all facets of CPG including marketing plans, analysis, new product development, budget management and problem solving.
Irene has a strong focus on the big picture, and enjoys the process of brand building, from marketing strategy, consumer research and package design, to managing agencies and growing digital efforts and consumer programs, to building distribution through concentration on sales and marketing execution.
Irene has a BS in Business Administration and Management from Ramapo College of New Jersey. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family skiing, hiking and playing tennis; and also teaching her daughter's CCD class.

Maria Zacchino is the Director of Trade Marketing at WFF, responsible for leading the Marketing/Sales/Customer Planning & Communication Process. Core responsibilities include enhancing our trade promotion efficiency and improving our new product launch effectiveness across World Finer Foods, Liberty Richter and American Marketing Team divisions.
Maria has held roles in many facets of the business, including Corporate, Category & Trade Finance, Sales Planning and Trade Marketing. Previous employers include Pinnacle Foods, Kraft Foods (Mondelez), Cadbury, Unilever, and Bayer.
Maria holds a Business degree in Finance, a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Rutgers and an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Finance and International Business.

Richard Weiss is the Director of Sales for World Finer Foods and has extensive sales, marketing and category management experience in the food industry. Richard brings specific expertise in using sales strategy to drive growth, along with category analysis and strategic business planning for brand development in the CPG industry.
Richard's background includes 20 years of various sales and category roles, most notably four years with A&P in category management, including Snacks, Cookies, Crackers, Ethnic, and Natural & Organic products. He was the recipient of the World Finer Foods Sales Excellence Award in 2016.
Richard holds a with a B.A. from Montclair State University and lives in Montclair with his wife and child. In his free time, he enjoys sports, fitness, and travel.
Mark Klarich is the Director of Sales for World Finer Foods Liberty Richter Division. He is a high-energy sales manager with extensive experience in the specialty foods industry. Mark has a proven track record for achieving goals and delivering results. He is a motivated self–starter with a reputation for sound judgment.
Mark's background includes 20 years with World Finer Foods in varying sales capacities. Prior to joining World Finer Foods, Mark was a Division Sales Manager with a regional specialty food distributor based in the Northeast and also worked for Keebler Company.
Mark hold a B.A. from Rutgers University and lives in beautiful Monmouth County, New Jersey with his wife and enjoys music, classic cars, and physical fitness.

Yon Arocena is the Director of Sourcing for World Finer Foods owned brands.
Yon has over 23 years of food experience, with a focus on strategic sourcing of products from around the globe and focusing on achieving lower costs and obtaining the best value. His knowledge includes supply chain management, product development, and importing procedures.
Prior to working for WFF, Yon worked at Goya Foods, Manischewitz, and La Cena Foods.
Yon holds a B.S. in Finance and an MBA from St. Louis University. He is bilingual and has great expertise in the Hispanic market.
Yon resides in NJ and enjoys spending time with his family. He is a big fan of soccer and is passionate about traveling and learning different world cultures.

Kathy Holzli is the go to person for Supply Chain Operations at WFF. With over 20 years of experience, she has covered all avenues of distribution including foodservice, grocery retail and imports. Her role encompasses (everything from the planning and actual purchase of the product, to the logistics and clearance at the port, warehousing and inventory management) supply chain planning, logistics, warehouse management, regulatory compliance and demand planning.
Upon graduating from Montclair State University with a B.S. in Business Management and Marketing, she joined a small foodservice company that was quickly acquired by Kraft Foodservice. Once ensconced in the food business, there was no turning back! She spent 10 years in food service working with clients ranging from KFC to Hilton Hotels. As a Category Manager specializing in refrigerated and frozen Center of the Plate items, she was key in launching a JIT system for fresh meat items.
Kathy was part of The Great Atlantic & Pacific Tea Company’s new Corporate Brands Sourcing team and was heavily involved in the re-launch of A&P’s private label America’s Choice brand. She was key lead for the first reverse auction for the company which resulted in efficiency and savings to the supply chain for refrigerated beverages. She later joined Tree of Life as Director of Purchasing and drove process change and inventory reduction that led her team to corporate recognition.
Since joining WFF 12 years ago Kathy has driven process change and improvement. She continually strives towards improving service level through better internal and external communication.

Kelly O'Shea is the Director of Financial Operations for World Finer Foods and is responsible for Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Order Entry, Customer Service and Promotional Trade Spend Processing.
Throughout her two decades at World Finer Foods she has had many successes in optimizing operational efficiencies, and instituting companywide policies & procedures. She is also an active member of the cross functional leadership team tasked with setting the direction of the company.
Kelly and her family reside in West Caldwell, New Jersey. She enjoys traveling and spending time with my family.
Michael Baier is the Director, Head of Human Resources at World Finer Foods. Previosuly, he was worked in Human Resources at such organizations as Unilever, PepsiCo and Avon Products, Inc.
He is a passionate HR professional with a tremendous amount of experience supporting leadership teams and their organizations. He holds a B.S. in Business from the College of Charleston and a M.A. degree from Seton Hall University.
