When the recipe calls for Reese cooking wine, do I need to add as much salt?

No, because cooking wine has inherently higher sodium levels than table wine.

Are your seafood products farm raised or wild caught?

Do I need to keep opened jars and cans in the refrigerator?

Depending on the product, the label should say "refrigerate after opening" if required?

How do I determine which size artichoke to use?

The Artichoke labels include size and count information, so consumers will know how many to expect.

How do I read the codes imprinted on the package?
