1 fillet of pork (approx. 1 lb)

2 oranges

4 spoonfuls of Monari Balsamic Vinegar of Modena

1 spoonful of Leatherwood Honey

DaVinci Extra-virgin olive oil

Salt and pepper

  1. Cut the filet into cubes and make skewers. In a pan, add the oil, honey, balsamic vinegar of Modena, and orange juice and cook for a few minutes. Add a slice of orange peel and cook for another minute. 

  2. Transfer to a bowl and set aside. Return the same pan to the heat. When very hot, brown the skewers, about 4-5 minutes.

  3. Arrange the skewers in a roasting pan, drizzle with the sauce, and cook in a hot oven (220 degrees C/425 degrees F) for another 4-5 minutes. Serve hot.
