SUSAN GUERIN President & Chief Executive Officer
Susan Guerin is the President and CEO at World Finer Foods where she leads a robust team of talented professionals to deliver best-in-class national sales  and marketing services, and efficient systems and logistics.

Prior to serving as CEO, Susan was the Chief Financial Officer and led efforts to develop new management systems and innovations to improve shareholder value through top line growth and improved operational efficiencies.  Before joining World Finer Foods, she held leadership positions at Sun Chemical Corporation, Paxar, Cendant Corporation, Limited Brands, and Unilever.

Susan holds a B.S. from Cornell and an MBA from New York University. She is a member of the Dean’s Advisory Board for the Cornell School of Hotel Management and is a board member at Down the Block. In her free time, she enjoys hosting friends and family at her home for good food and camaraderie.

ED COHEN Vice President of Sales
Ed Cohen is the Vice President of Sales overseeing the sales operations of World Finer Foods including its Liberty Richter and American Marketing Team divisions.

Ed joins World Finer Foods after a successful career working in consumer products. Ed started his sales career at PepsiCo and worked in a broad range of sales leadership roles rising to be a National Sales Director. He then worked as a Vice President of Sales for Wise Foods and Dean Foods.

Ed holds a Bachelor of Science – Agriculture & Resource Economics/Food Marketing from the University of Massachusetts and a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Southern New Hampshire.

Ed has extensive experience working with and launching food brands into the U.S. market and achieving sales success through strategic planning and hard work. Has worked in multiple channels of trade from Grocery to Small Format to Food Service. He takes pride in building sales organizations that are passionate about the brands they represent and truly work as a team.

DAVID BURROWS Vice President of Marketing
David Burrows is the Vice President of Marketing overseeing marketing operations and services at World Finer Foods.

Prior to joining World Finer Foods, David served as Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for Redco Foods, a US subsidiary of Teekanne, a German-based global tea company. David has served as a consultant and advisor to small, mid-sized, and emerging consumer-facing businesses, and was also a consultant at Kantar Retail.

David spent the earlier half of his career with Unilever in brand management, where his experience included P&L/operational management, brand equity strategy, category and brand portfolio strategy, brand communication channel planning and management, and new product development. David worked in food categories including plant-based spreads, nut butters, ice cream, dressings, and condiments, across a variety of selling channels including Grocery, Mass, Club, Value, and Direct To Consumer.

David received his undergraduate degree from Cornell University, and his MBA from the Stern School of Business at NYU.

David resides on Long Island, New York with his wife and two children, and enjoys playing tennis and going to the beach.

MICHAEL BAIER Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer
Michael Baier is the Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer at World Finer Foods. Previously, he has worked in Human Resources at such organizations as Unilever, PepsiCo, and Avon Products, Inc.

He is a passionate HR professional with a tremendous amount of experience supporting leadership teams and their organizations. He holds a B.S. in Business from the College of Charleston and an M.A. degree from Seton Hall University.

In his spare time, he enjoys his family and friends as well as tennis, hiking, and the beach.

STEVEN BROWN Vice President & Head of Supply Chain, New Product Development, and Business Technology Applications
Steven joined World Finer Foods in July of 2021, and in October of 2022, was appointed Director of Supply Chain and Product Development.

He comes to World Finer Foods after living and working for 20 years in Russia, where he had extensive experience starting and leading growth-oriented food businesses. He was the founder of various food start-ups in Moscow, and pioneered the introduction of Tex-Mex and plant-based foods in that market.

He has a Bachelors of Arts from Hamilton College, and a MBA from the University of Maryland.
