How long do I cook the pasta?
Cooking times for pasta vary by region and altitude. The higher altitudes require longer cooking times. Other factors in cooking time include the amount of water used, the thickness of the specific pasta cut, and ultimately your preference for pasta firmness. Please refer to suggested cooking time listed on packages.
Are DaVinci products produced in the United States?
Yes, while the vast majority of our items come from Italy, a few of our boxed pasta items (e.g., lasagna and jumbo shells) are produced in the US.
Does the Pesto sauce have to be heated before eating?
No, the pesto sauce can be spooned over just cooked pasta as an alternative to traditional sauces.
How many pasta cuts are available in the United States?

How do you read the codes on DaVinci products?
All of the products now have easy to read Best Buy dates clearly marked on the package.
Does DaVinci pasta contain allergens?
There are egg products in the facility and although it is carried on a separate line, we cannot guarantee that there is no cross-contamination in the facility.
